Instructions

Mix well, extrude with smallest filler nozzle 10mm, place onto cake racks, smoke hot (100C) for 2 hours until cooked.

Ingredients

Beef & Pork Snack Sticks 

  • Per Kg Beef/Pork 50/50, 80/20 Lean/Fat. 

  • 20g Salt, 

  • 2.4g Prague #1, 

  • 5g Chili Paprika, 

  • 5g Onion Powder, 

  • 5g Garlic Powder, 

  • 5g Smoked Paprika, 

  • 5g Mustard Powder, 

  • 10g Sugar.
