Steve's Yorkshire Puddings
Perhaps the simplest recipe ever! Can be doubled for more, makes 6 Puddings. Make sure the muffin trays is smoking hot! Beef dripping can be used.
Instructions
Combine all and whisk until a smooth batter.
Pre-heat a 6 tray greased muffin tin in a 210C oven.
Carefully pour equal amounts of batter into each tray while still very hot.
Cook for 20 mins (until risen and brown)
Serve with roast and gravy
Ingredients
100g Plain Flour
100ml Milk
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste.
