Steve’s Seafood Carbonara

Make sure your seafood is cooked! Other cheeses can be used but don't skimp on the cream! The better the pasta the better the dish.
Steve’s Seafood Carbonara

Instructions

Fry off onion with mushrooms. Boil Pasta.

Add seafood, butter and garlic to onions and fry until barely cooked.

Stir in cheese, bacon, basil and cream with egg yolks.

Fold in pasta and parsley.

Serve.

Ingredients

  • 500g cooked or fresh Seafood of choice

  • 4 – 6 diced Mushrooms (60-80g)

  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 50g unsalted Butter

  • 2 Egg yolks (mix into cream)

  • 150ml fresh cream

  • 100g finely grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 TBS Bacon Bits

  • 1 tsp dried Basil (or ¼ cup fresh)

  • 250g cooked Pasta of choice

  • ¼ cup fresh Italian Parsley
