Steve's Oven Omelette
Omelettes are fun but need monitoring to walk that fine line between burnt and raw... This recipe takes out the guesswork! Add or substitute your favorite ingredients.
Fry off ham and mushrooms in oil in oven proof frying pan or wok until soft.
Add spinach and wilt for 3 mins.
Add eggs, milk and cheese and thoroughly stir in.
Cook in oven at 160c for 10-15 mins. Slice up and drizzle with oyster gravy. Serve with salad.
3 slices ham (100g)
2 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
½ cup chopped mushrooms
¼ cup Cheese (your choice)
Splash of milk
Splash of olive oil
2 TBS Oyster Gravy per serve - 1 cup chicken stock, 1 TBS oyster sauce, 1 TBS soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 TBS corn starch, reduce in saucepan
